Contacting me

When you contact me via the contact form or email, I process the details you give me (such as name, business, website, email address, phone number and your message) to answer your request and, where applicable, prepare a draft or a quote. Requests sent through the contact form are received and stored by Netlify, Inc. (USA) (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to me by email. My mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak Network AG (Schweiz). I delete them once they are no longer needed.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type are briefly stored in server logs to run the website securely. Data may be processed abroad, for example in the USA. The USA is considered to provide adequate data protection for companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools and loads no third-party content. Fonts are served from this website. Only your choice of light or dark design is stored locally in your browser.

Retention

I keep personal data only as long as needed to handle your request or as required by statutory retention duties, for example for business records.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data I hold about you and request its correction or deletion. Just write to kontakt@zerplex.ch. You also have the right to complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
